My web page is I am enclosing information about a special issue of the journal Environment, Development and Sustainability that I edited in l999 and that highlights several successful case studies where agroeological interventions resulted in enhanced food security and environmental conservation/regeneration among small farmers througout the developing world. I think the papers raise many questions relevant to the conference but mainly raises hope about alternative approaches really working.
